Oxygen Therapy for Veterans

Posted 22nd September 2009

WPTV.com - DELRAY BEACH, FL--Veterans of the war in Iraq received some much needed help Monday night in Delray Beach.

Oxygen Rescue Care Centers of America and Military Talk Radio offered severely wounded members of the military free treatments in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

The treatments cost thousands of dollars and were donated to the vets free of cost to help them recover from the trauma suffered during war.

To this point so far I'm already noticing a difference; there's less depression, my headaches have diminished and my memory is getting better, said veteran Robert Brown.

Each veteran receives 40 sessions which totals 60 thousand dollars in treatment.
