Summary:
The growth of alcoholism and narcomania has lead to the increase of frequency of withdrawal syndrome (WS) development, that significantly impairs the course and the prognosis of the main disease. WS leads to discirculatory processes in CNS, disbalance in neuromediatory systems and is accompanied by hypoxia, metabolism disturbances, that is a ground for HBO usage.

Usage of HBO in WS potentiates adopting functional, metabolic and morphogenic elements of sanogenesis, which lead to correction of homeostasis parameters, accelerates WS reduction and results in more stable outcome of treatment.
